Facility Request
Rooms within our facility may be reserved for usage by church members or by non-members. All usage must fall within the guidelines as stated here. Persons or groups desiring to use the facility must make a request using the form on this page. The church staff will review your request and either approve or reject that request in a timely manner, with a followup email to the address as noted in the form below.
